On a gloriously warm and sunny afternoon at Kirkby Lonsdale Will Bowe and Richard Mewse fought off a gallant attempt by Nicky Bell and James Lambert to close out two up. In the second match Jack Hunter and Chris Neale built up a two hole lead which saw them over the line.
Kirkby Lonsdale Captain Peter McCafferty congratulated the players on a great display of Golf while County President Ray Bell congratulated the staff at the club on presenting the course in excellent condition.
The Inter Club Matchplay had once again proved its worth in displaying Foursomes talent among the Clubs in the County.
