To be eligible to enter a player: 1.Must be male, and an amateur as defined by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club Club of St.Andrews 2. Must be in possession of an active playing handicap, and be a member of an affiliated club in the Cumbria Union of Golf Clubs, or have been born in the County and be a member of an affiliated club in another County Union 3.
